Coolmax Air-conditioning Company Limited business is managed by individuals who have vast experience in this sector. The general manager has worked with all big companies in the country and has accumulated more than 10 years of work experience in Heating, ventilation, Air-conditioning and refrigeration works which involve design, installation, fault analysis, repair and maintenance. Our management is involved in the business development, procurement, project management and administration of the company.

Design for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems (HVAC-R)
We design systems ranging from residential, commercial to industrial. Among systems we design for include; Cold rooms, Chillers, VRF systems, Heat pumps, room ACs and many others. In the process of design requirements are taken with proper study of the application in consideration of standard practice. A design report for the proposal is always presented at the end for reference.
Installation of HVAC-R systems
Following the standard procedures, we install systems which include; cold rooms, chillers, VRF systems, split ACs, Heating systems among others. At the end of each installation, a job card is filled capturing the status and performance of installed system.
Fault analysis and repair
Like any other system, HVACR systems also develop faults. Before any repair is done, a thorough study is done to establish the root cause of the fault. After repair is done, a report is developed with recommendations on how to reduce on the down time of the system.
Routine service and maintenance
Depending on type of system, location and usage, a schedule of service is always developed. Routine maintenance always helps in reducing on system breakdown and effectiveness performance.
